I haven’t see my cat yet. But people in the store are nice and good service. Place also clean and tidy too. + no extra cost. / asking tips or else. But I paid them according to their service. 100% Recommended !!!!! Thank you so much ^^
Brought Luna (cane corso) in for a nail trim and I was greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk, and a young guy (didn’t catch his name) cut my dogs nails! Luna was very anxious and the guy who cut her nails dealt with it so well. Amazing customer service, fast, and reliable. Thanks again for cutting Lunas nails!
The staff does excellent job. They seem genuinely care for our pet. My girl came back home so pretty every time we took her there. Highly recommended!
During Covid, my parents and I decided to get a puppy to grow our family and smother with love and affection. We knew a few months ago that he needed to have his first haircut and we searched high and low for a groomers who would be able to provide us that service. At the time, we could only make an appointment at Pet Smart and were relieved when they said we would only have to wait a month to get him in. We understood Covid would mean a wait and we were prepared for that. What we were not prepared for was to have that appointment pushed until our puppy had matted fur and was panting from his extremely long coat. When we eventually took him into Pet Smart, we were told that they would try their best to provide him the services we discussed and he would take about 3 hours. We warned them of his anxiety and that he couldn't be left alone, yet we were called a couple hours later and told that he became aggressive and snapped at the groomers after they had put him in a kennel with other dogs. To say we were upset that they had not taken our instructions seriously and had left our puppy so wound up that he had lost bodily functions (we had to give him a bath when we got home so he was clean), really hurt us. We were now left without a groomer and a puppy still matted and panting. When we found Touch of Paw Spa, we were relieved but cautious because with his first experience being so traumatic, there were no guarantees that this would work out. We hoped they could help us and we are thrilled to say that not only did they deliver for us, they were AMAZING. We went through a thorough consultation before we even dropped him off and we were walked through their process and told that they would be able to groom him. Within an hour and a half, we had our little boy back, fresh and clean and cut to perfection. He wasn't upset and we were told by the groomers that he had been docile and pleasant to work with, the complete opposite of what Pet Smart told us. We are so grateful that they gave us great customer service and were reliable and reassured us the whole time. The process was so calming for us as pet parents and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a groomer for their dog. They can handle anything.
This place is great! The staff are all lovely and deliver quick, quality work and it's never na issue getting an appointment. I have been getting my miniature dachshunds nails done here for some time and I have zero complaints!
