Okay so I will start by saying that honestly no amount of praise would do this school the justice it deserves. If I could put more than 5 stars I would. Myself and my family (My wife and 11yo daughter) instantly felt welcomed into the schools family of instructors and students. I use the term family because we instantly didn't feel like strangers but instead we felt that we had known them all for years.

I have been working with Harrison Sensei for a number of years now. While I was initially skeptical, I had enough previous martial arts experience to know an effective art when I see it. As time went by and I developed various age related health issuse, this marial art has become my refuge, my physiotherapy, my psychotherapy. It helps aliveiate my symptoms while keeping my mind active. I highly recommend this dojo to anyone who wishes to, not just work on their defensive capabilities, but also their general physical and mental health, regardless of age. Harrison Sensei & his instructors strive for a in-depth, safe experience for all, consistently keeping any health restrictions, and mental or physical limitations in mind. 5 stars are not enough.

I've been having a lot of fun learning and working my mind and body at this dojo. Sensei Norm is an enthusiastic teacher and has trained his black belts to be the same. My 8 year old loves it and my experience so far has been great, so I definitely recommend training here!

Have been training at this dojo with my family for over a month, and we thoroughly enjoy it. The instructors are knowledgeable, the classes are fun and the prices are competitive. Would certainly recommend 👌
