Excellent service provided by Joe’s Heating and air conditioning. Had new AC installed by Johnny and Adam and could not be happier with the professional installation they provided. Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Joe’s heating and Air. After I did some lengthy research, I chose Joe’s because of their many years of experience and great reviews and it was very comforting speaking with Todd during the consultation in choosing the right units and he explained where they should be installed for best effectiveness in my home and where the wires and tubes would be fed through, and he gave me a decent price for my budget. I appreciate that he was honest in helping me choose only what I needed which kept the cost low. It is easy to see Todd has lot of knowledge and experience. Since I don’t have a furnace, it was ductless cooling and heating. The installers Johnny and Josh did an impressive job with their workmanship and I can say it was above and beyond. Very thorough, top notch, seamless and solid installation and they worked right through until it was finished. I was thrilled that everything looked great too aesthetically and it was a quick turn around from the time I first called to when the job was completed, even though it entailed quite a bit of work. I always take seeing a really highly rated place with a grain of salt, but Joe's heating deserves the high praise it's gotten. I sent an inquiry on their site and was replied to within 10 minutes. The store where I bought my fireplace was booking more than a month out for service, Joe's was able to send somebody a couple days later despite the New year's holiday. I had been told by the store that it would likely be a board replacement, but the rep went through a number of different manual fixes and was able to solve a problem without any extra cost. Amazing experience all around, I wish all contractor experiences were this good.
