We have booked twice now in less than 6 months. Tracie is amazing. She is patient and kind and has a warm wonderful presence. She helped me put a lot of my fears to rest. She was quick to respond to emails when I had questions or requests changes. She answered all my questions even the ones that were obvious that I knew the answer to but still needed reassurance. She had lots of knowledge of the area we were going to and suggested some alternates too. She explained the whole process step by step from getting on the plane in Toronto to getting checked in at the hotel.
Tracie went above and beyond all expectations I had for booking And never once did we feel pressured she found us a better deal than i had found and saved me a good amount too.
I will be returning to Tracie in the near future for our third vacation.
