Oshawa Vascular Laboratory Clinic & Ultrasound Imaging

First visit to Oshawa Diagnostics, 3rd floor for a vascular ultrasound for my mom. The receptionist and the technician were pleasant and courteous and the test was done right at the appointed time, nice surprise! While we were there we decided to see if she could have her X-ray and regular ultrasound done as walk-ins. (We couldn’t get an appt before Sunday in Ajax). Only had to wait for ten minutes or so before both were done. The lab was bright and clean, and the technicians were great. Overall great experience.

Parking is a bit of a challenge as spaces are very limited and cramped so I'd recommend getting there early (but parking isn't the responsibility of the service, to be fair).
The service was really good, particularly during this pandemic. I was asked to wait outside before entering to ensure the space wasn't cramped. I was seen by receptionists quickly and dealt with very professionally.
I didn't book an appointment so expected to wait for those who had booked one to enter first. Even with that, wait time was not bad. I suggest booking if possible but, as mentioned, wait time was not bad if you're unable to like me.
In conclusion, I was impressed with the level of care and service.

I've been here a few times and the receptionists have always been very nice. The waiting room is laid out well with lots of space for waiting patients. There is usually a bit of a wait for the procedure but nothing outside the norm for a doctor's office. The technicians are all business but include the obligatory "Hi, how are you today." They do check in during the procedure to make sure you are comfortable.

Excellent place to come for ultrasound ! I was able to come as a walk in! I didn't have to wait long. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The ultrasound tech was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend to come here!! I will be telling all my family friends.

Very friendly and professional staff. Very modern layout. Did not have to wait long for my appointment. Receptionist was able to easily accommodate me. Technologist was super friendly especially for a test that I was very worried about it. I highly recommend being referred to this centre.
