PlayDome Jumping Castles

We were so happy with the product and service offered by PlayDome Jumping Castles. When we were searching for a DORA the Explorer themed castle for our daughter, we were so lucky to have found PlayDome since it was the ideal size and best price ! They went above and beyond to meet our expectations. I would highly recommend them for your bouncy castle rentals as its clean, priced right, and lots of fun !

We began renting from Playdome Jumping Castles this Summer and our experience with Melissa and Stefan has been excellent! Melissa is always prompt when responding to email inquiries. Stefan is an absolute delight; my three year old son runs to give him a big hug each time he comes by to drop off a castle. Stefan and Melissa have passion for what they do and it definitely shows in our interactions with them, they are also extremely accommodating. Needles to say, the customer service is top notch. We will definitely be using their services for years to come.

PlayDome Jumping Castle was amazing to work with. Melissa and Steve are very friendly and quick to respond to emails. They were able to accomodate my last minute request for the 9x11 jumping castle. Steve arrived right on time, gave me clear instructions on how to work the equipment, and arrived for pick up during the time window provided. The Castle was clean and in great shape, the kids had an absolute blast! It was a life saver this weekend as I was watching my kids and my nieces so I was out numbered 5-1!

Great company. I have used them for the last two years for my daughters birthday. The service is prompt and friendly. The castles were clean. We will definately continue to use them.
