Love it after changing from previous provider.what a difference!
An amazing experience so far, continue the good work.... :)
I switched over from Rogers Internet to telMAX Internet. I am so glad I made that switch. I highly recommend telMAX.
This company came highly recommended to me and was the only one that gave me the confidence to leave the "big boys" for internet and TV. It is newer and local and works hard to keep customers happy unlike Rogers and Bell which lure you in with specials and then take you to the cleaners. I'll be saving 40% at least on my total bill with no compromise in quality or service. That and dealing with someone who lives in my area makes me a happy customer. I wish them success and hope that more people will make the switch.
So it's been a little over a year since I switched over to telMax from Teksavvy, spurned on by a horrible customer service experience I had with Teksavvy as well as intermittent internet drops. telMax not only quickly got their equipment out to me they sent a Rogers tech to look at the cable box and wiring like I had asked Teksavvy to do but constantly refused. After installing a dongle on my coax cable the dropped internet stopped. Since then I've rarely had to interact with customer support as my internet has remained consistently quick with few moments of down time and even when I have had to contact support for things like password resets or billing the experience has been incredible. Their user account website may lack frills but it is functional and east to navigate. Overall an amazing experience so far, hope you guys continue the good work.
Excellent service. Finally a good alternative to bell or Rogers
