This was my first Reiki experience and Terri was great and walked me through everything step by step on what to expect. At the end of it all, I felt lighter, more connected to my higher self and just very happy. She also gave me bath crystals to take home which had salts, coconut oil and roses to use in my bath that night. Great little extra to the whole experience and it even had a crystal in there.
