    Just want to say a big thank you again. I ordered a part on Monday and at my house on Thursday morning. Great customer service as usual. Needed a part last year for my M3000 and had it in 2 days.
    Oh and perfectly on time for Duck Opener

    Just want to thank Stoeger Canada and the whole ST squad, I have just recently become a Beretta firearm owner and have been purchasing Beretta products through Stoeger as well as my local dealer. The customer service has been awesome! Knowledgeable, return phone calls/ emails in a timely fashion, and educate and direct you to the product that will best suit your needs. Shipping has been fantastic packaged extremely well, and on time.
    I can't speak on the service side, but if I had one gripe it would be the wish to have more products available like Beretta USA here in Canada. All in all, I am thankful Stoeger Canada is here to support the firearm community, and in turn I will continue to do the same.

    Spoke to a warranty rep on the phone about the issue and I was told to send it in with together with related documents. I did and after about a month they shipped me back the item via my dealer. I haven't taken it out to use yet but it is Much appreciated.

    I had a warranty issue with my Benelli Supernova and Stoeger was quick to send me a replacement part in an effort to resolve the issue without sending the firearm in. My wife inadvertently ended up throwing what she thought was an opened and empty envelope into the garbage ... this contained the replacement part. I called Shane and explained the situation and he was quick to offer sending another part - free of charge. Great customer service. I hope that once I get the part in, my issue is resolved but I feel like, either way, Stoeger will step up and help out.
