Wow, what can a I say about this company!!! As all people were going through the first wave of Covid19 and were self isolating etc. we had a couple of calamities that brought fear, anxiety and thoughts of why are more things going wrong? At this point we were directed to Walton Restorations for a flood that occurred in our basement. Jordan from Walton's came out and his confidence, professionalism and compassion calmed our fears and gave us hope that all could be resolved. Right from the beginning everyone, Judy-Lynn the office manager, his team, Doug, Mike, Clem etc were approachable to answer any questions, that you might have, they also had such an amazing work ethic. The two rooms affected by the flood were found to have asbestos and so the process was quite involved but every step of the way Jordan or one of his team were there to guide us through the maze. The contractors that had to do plumbing, electrical and flooring were excellent as well. We had a few minor hic-ups because of there not being parts etc but the end result to this project has really been a blessing in disguise. Jordan, thank you for being a company that has integrity, and compassion for your clients. It has been a tremendous blessing to have worked with such a wonderful group of people.

On December 17,2019, I accidentally forgot that I had let the tap run to fill the kitchen sink to wash dishes. I realized this 90 minutes later. I called Walton Restoration around 1:15 a.m and received the 24 hour answering service and they contacted Jordan the owner. Jordan was here within 45 minutes of my call. I was stressed and tired and Jordan was so upbeat despite being awakened after 1 a.m. He set up all the dehumidifiers and fans and explained to me the entire process. He and a staff member were here at 8 a.m the next morning to write up an estimate for the repairs. My insurance provider had their own restoration company. I did not hear from them for a couple of days. I made the request to my insurance adjuster that I wanted Walton Restoration to do the repairs.
At all times, this company kept me in the loop, were efficient, polite, answered all my questions and repairs were perfect. I highly recommend Walton Restoration for any work you require.
