Had found this location doing a web search to notarize a simple will. Was impressed with their website and decided to visit. Sandra took care of me right away and I was in and out within a half hour. Inexpensive and would highly recommend!

I was expecting a big office with a few people in it but walked into a little office with one person. Sandra was super. I needed something notarized at the last minute, found this place through a google search, called a few times and went over. No appointment is necessary and Sandra is friendly. Very nice lady helped us with our papers we needed notarised. Excellent customer service. Love that you can just drop in without a appointment. They also have mobile service for people unable to come to the office. Lots of parking. Easy to get to on Durham regional transit.
