Keith and Matt are fantastic to speak to, and they will give reasonable advice and feedback to your (sometimes numerous) questions and requests. They are courteous to deal with, and knowledgable about mobility aids. They provided our family with great support and suggestions to our needs and made us feel at ease. What a wonderfully run business that makes a difference in this world.

Wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. The sales team provided options and we decided to purchase the stair lift and it was installed within 2 days. I cannot say enough about the technician that came onsite wearing his mask to do the install. The installation was done professionally very neat and clean. He spent a lot of time ensuring my dad knew how to use the lift and all of the safety features.

The team was so amazing from the very beginning. I called another company for a stair lift and just kept getting the run around. I got fed up and then found 101 mobility and called. Matt came and did the assessment and everything and was so amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service was better than I could of ever imagined. They were beyond helpful with every question I had and very accommodating and worked fast to install it for me. I will for sure use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know who needs mobility aids.
