I have been dealing with this company for a few years now, but after this week, I realized I needed to say something. These folks take really good care of me. Lisa is particularly kind, thoughtful and efficient and understands what good customer service really means. Not only do my orders arrive accurate and on time, but I recently put in an order and when it didn't match what I previously ordered, she called me to verify. I was wrong and she saved me a huge hassle! This week, all of a sudden I was out of a product I desperately needed for an event and she somehow managed to get it to me by the next morning absolutely saving the day! Amos and Simpson is definitely a breath of fresh air!
