Pros:
Product quality is always precise and well-made
Staff are friendly, courteous and attentive
The store is kept clean, stocked and in good order
Cons:
Delayed service.
While this isn't always the case, there have been times where I have had several staff members performing tertiary duties while a significant line forms at the register.
