My dishwasher stopped draining a week ago. A plumber was called, they said the dishwasher was broken because the drain wasn't backed up. I called another appliance guy and he said the pump was broken inside. Also said he could install a new dishwasher for me since the pump replacement would be almost the cost of a new washer with labor. After this, I called K&W Appliance Repair Service. They responded immediately, and came to my house in less than 20 minutes. He took a look, ran the dishwasher, opened the air gap, used a chopstick to poke around for 10 seconds and an apple stem popped out. Best 65 dollars I ever spent. I added a 10 dollar tip, he said he didn't want it. I told him to take it anyway. Thanks for saving me 1,000 dollars.

Joe came to fix our washing machine when our landlord’s contractor canceled with no notice. He was here 30 minutes after getting the call! He worked diligently, fixed the issue, and cleaned the whole area up. Very professional and courteous. Thanks, Joe!

I am very pleased with Dave’s service. He got here on time with the previous notification, was very friendly, and did even more than he should have for that cost. Found Adam, through the video he made of how to fix the Haier washer and dryer online, I called him he gave me an appointment for the next day and fixed the washer in 1 hr. Very Happy with the result so far. Will recommend it for sure 👍

The gentleman who came to do service was fantastic. He made it look easy. He insured everything was working after he determined the issues. He was attentive to cleaning up which with water and stainless steel is important. Afterward, he took time to show me things I hadn't fully known were features that make things easier for me. I truly appreciated his professionalism and consideration.
