Several people I know, as well as myself, are extremely disappointed the casino will not feature poker. Poker may be a low revenue game for the casino, but poker players play other casino games while they're there. Poker gets us in the door. If there's no poker at all, all these people will simply continue going to the Great Blue Heron. It's disappointing considering how much further away that casino is, but all these people including myself will make that drive because we have no interest in going to a casino featuring no poker at all.

Great Blue Heron temporarily removed poker from their casino. After revenues dropped, they put poker back in. These people I know, as well as many poker players, are what you might consider "casino regulars". They bring in a significant amount of a casino's revenue. Again, we don't exclusively play poker, but without poker we simply will not come to this casino. I seriously recommend the casino manager rethinks this decision.

I know around 30 people just myself who feel the exact same way. I could even procure a document with signatures of casino regulars who will pledge to never attend the Durham Live casino unless poker is implemented. If you're building a casino, why not make it a full casino like the others in Ontario.
