A wonderful store that feels like a family store, the lady working there Stela was very nice and helpful, the mattresses were excellent quality with cotton or bamboo top and at a very good price. Tomorrow I'm going to go buy a queen mattress there.

Great prices, service, and local. Checked Amazon and Walmart, and the prices were higher and would have had to wait. Thank goodness for Factory Mattress, lower prices, good quality, and got the box spring and frame right away. Saved like $80 or so. Thanks!

Great place. Family owned and awesome people. The mattress I wanted wasn't manufactured with a pillow-top on both sides so they added one to the alternate side themselves so I could flip it. Any mattress place that scoffs at the idea that no one wants a doubled sided mattress anymore is top tier in my book.
Another example of a small business being superior to big name businesses.
