Hakim Optical Pickering Town Centre

They let me do a walk in eye checkup and I didn't have to wait at all. After my checkup the staff took the time to help me pick my very first pair of glasses and they included the Blue Shield Lens Protection for free!

I always come here when I want to find glasses I can’t find anywhere else because they have such a variety and the people are always amazingly helpful!

I find the interval to get the prescription glasses really slow compared to other optical center. There's is no way you can check the progress online unless you call them. I requested my son's glasses to put on rush order but after 10 days we haven't got any update on definite date we can pick up glasses.

I received a call fee hour after posting this. Finally got the glasses and my son is satisfied. Staffs were so accommodating and helpful.
At the end if the day we got the glasses and my son is a satisfied customer.

If you haven’t checked out the new Hakim Optical at the PTC I highly suggest it! Much more modern then what you’ve seen at the other Pickering location. (lots of designer frames aswell)
The staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to give a hand in the gruelling process of picking out new frames! LOL
Britney was extremely helpful in explaining the quality of different progressives they offered and laughed at all my jokes! (I’m old)
Overall a great experience, a great price and a great group of people :)
