Hi-Tek Transmission & General Repair

Great service and very knowledgeable mechanics. This shop was recommended to me by a colleague. Rob who I believe is the owner is very fair and genuinely helpful and Kevin who is the lead mechanic does fantastic work. I had major issues with a dealership trying to do work that was just not necessary, and they also quoted me nearly double what Hi-Tek charged me for my brake job. In addition Kevin did a few small extras at no cost that he didn't have to do. He also gave me a small list of things to watch for that were make and model specific for future preventative maintenance. These small things all add up to fantastic customer service and I left there feeling like I was actually taken care of. I would highly recommend this shop, I will be going back and bringing both my own and my wife's car there in future. I wish more shops like this existed. This is proper ol' school customer service!
