Very thankful to the Honorary Consulate Mr Gregoire and Ms Manal for expediting the task presented to them. On very short notice, they were able to accommodate my mother and I before I had to travel and leave Canada, and the required document was given to us. Extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional.
