Hybrid Appraisal

We had our rental property appraised for tax purposes. Appraiser was on time as scheduled and came with all protective mask and gloves. Also provided the report one day ahead of promised data. Fees are reasonable as we checked with few appraisers. I would recommend.

We were looking for a current market assessment as we are planning to rent and our accountant told us to have an appraisal done so for any capital gains, it would help in the future,. We found this firm via google after calling almost 10 companies whom all rejected our request saying Revenue Canada related work always a headache :).
we were initially quoted $350 but then we they visited property the appraiser gave an invoice for $395. We were not told there would be a HST. (Apparently there is a tax for all and any service in Ontario) It would been better if we were told at the first place. Other than that, we are pleased with the appraisal firm as they were able to accommodate our time and provide additional context to the value.

The value is not as we expected. How ever, turn around time and explanation+justification seems to be fair. Appraiser visited 2nd time with no additional charge as first appointment was missed due to the tenant that we have. Reasonable fees and professional work. Would recommend.

Fastest and reliable appraisal company I ever seen. I work in a law office and need to get an appraisal for a matrimonial issue. We got the report with in 48 hours and they didn't even charge extra for the rush order.
