(August 24, 2020, 2:20 am)Decided to try out the new pick up option from your vehicle this weekend and it was great! By the time I got there my food was nice and hot ready to go! Great service and good timing by the Jacks staff as well. Enjoyed a nice steak and loaded potato!! Thank you.
(August 23, 2020, 1:57 pm)Went there on August 9th, our server Kayla was very overwhelmed. She rushed us here and there but we still had a good time. We were limited on the mix drink options and that's what we mainly went for. I really enjoyed my fish bowl, and it was my first time trying it.

(June 24, 2020, 2:29 am)Went to the patio which is now open from 4pm to 9pm. The service was great. Manager even checked in a few times to ask how things were. It was nice to finally enjoy food and drinks on a patio after being isolated for so long. It was my birthday dinner. Considering Covid 19 restrictions service was great. Must be so hard for employees to wear a mask for so many hours. Would go back again .
