(December 21, 2022, 8:06 pm)Fantastic product with excellent Customer Service. I ordered Blinds on Amazon and Kapsco got them out the next day. Unfortunately, Canada Post dropped the ball as it took them a week to get my package what would have been a 2 and half hour drive for me. I would order from them again but it will have to come by another carrier other than Canada Post.

(April 10, 2019, 4:07 pm)I had some issues with missing hardware with my purchase of the Krator Quarter Fairing. Apart from that, the fairing was a great price and exactly what I was looking for !! I contacted customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Sarah!
First off, she was extremely professional and kind. I asked if they sell stand alone parts and although they don’t seem to she was able to get ahold of parts for me by going the extra mile and hunting down what I needed.
She was very prompt with calling be back right away and even helped troubleshoot my international purchase seeing as if I am in the states.
5 out 5 for Sarah, I would easily recommend this company to anyone looking for quality product backed by great customer service.
