We installed Mason windows and doors 10 years ago and recently needed some very minor parts for our doors. I had read some negative customer service reviews before I emailed during Covid and two weeks later the parts arrived. All in all It was a very efficient experience.
Beautiful doors very well built
This is the second home where we've replaced all our doors and windows with Mason windows. Windows were well priced and delivered as requested.
We did have an issue with one vertical slider window where the slider had cracked. The window was replaced in a very timely manner, no questions asked and no cost.
