MyHealth Centre - Diagnostic Imaging - Pickering

I had both an ultrasound and an x-ray today. The booking process is a bit klunky but the appointment itself was on time and efficient. The centre is clean. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Staff is friendly but I question their ultrasound tech skills. They wanted me to return a THIRD time for an anatomy scan because they "couldn't get all the pictures" of the fetus.

I've been here twice now for 20 week pregnancy ultrasound and I've been so happy with their service!

Firstly, they're so on time! Which is a huge deal, if you've ever had to sit around for an hour with a full bladder.

The receptionists are super kind and helpful. I had to pay a fee for a missed appointment, and they were sweet enough to apologize to me for my having to pay (even though it was my fault for having missed the appointment).

I've had two different technicians. I can't remember the name of the second, but the first, Joanne or Joanna, she's amazing!!! So friendly, and considerate. She talked to me through the entire procedure, explaining things along the way. And she was thoughtful enough to have the monitor turned on an angle so that I can watch the images of baby throughout the procedure. It seems like something small, but I can't even explain how big of a difference that made for me. And it baffles me that not all techs do this.

I would definitely recommend this clinic!
