Dr. Lydia was super helpful! I completed a food sensitivity test and she really helped me narrow down how I was feeling and a plan of action. I highly recommend Naturopathy to everyone; Lydia always shows a unique and interesting view on health that just makes sense. Really nice to deal with and bonus great sense of humour!

I highly recommend Dr. Lydia. I started going to her office a few years ago and more recently she has helped me immensely with weight loss and pain reduction. She has listened to me when other doctors hadn't and she has guided me through a weight loss strategy that is working for me! After years of failed attempts and yoyo dieting, I have lost weight, regained mobility and my pain level has improved drastically. She is kind and compassionate yet forceful if required !
