They were SOOO helpful over the phone, and then they stayed 10 minutes l after closing when I was 10 minutes late to pickup a much needed stage 1 insert, and even provided a replacement strap with no notice! Highly recommend ⭐️

I love my Book Cross travel system. It’s a bit on the heavier, bulkier end, but it is sturdy and drives like a charm. The hand brake wasn’t a feature I was shopping for, but I’m thrilled it comes with one. The oversized basket is also handy for coats, groceries, diaper bag, etc. Though all car seats have to meet a standard, the 4-35 feels much more secure with the extra padding. I like that we can use this for a wide weight range. Unfortunately, the latch on my car seat was defective. Tammy was quick to respond and super easy to deal with. We were able to get the situation resolved in a matter of days. (Might have been faster if I were more organized!)

Terrific customer service. On two encounters Peg Perego surpassed my expectations. They promptly mailed me a new harness for the convertible car seat complete with thorough instructions, and although I ultimately decided to take the seat into their office they were most helpful and competent. They replaced the harness in 5 minutes and reinstalled the seat with manpower, and they also offered to replace the infant car seat with a new one when I pointed out a minor issue. All in all, most deserving of praise and 5 stars.
