The tricky thing for some people may be the online document signing, where you need to have a device with a touchscreen (and easier if you also have a stylus) to do it efficiently. Its been a very stress free experience using them.

Meeting location for final signing of the paperwork can be pretty much anywhere, anytime during the day. Provided a included lockbox for transferring the keys to the buyer. Very professional. Everything went through electronically and signatures on a PDF on a tablet they brought. Fee is very reasonable.
