Dropped off my faulty hard drive in the afternoon. Rick ran a diagnostics on it and promptly got back to me with the results and options. Very honest and transparent about it all. I would recommend his services.

Rick is a Lifesaver! I have an EXTREMELY slow hardrive which I haven't used in almost 2 years because I could no longer load the drive (that's how slow it is!). Over the past 2 years, I've shopped around and gotten quotes that it would be anywhere from $700-$1500 to fix, so I just kept putting it off and almost forgot about it.

Fast forward to last week when I needed the files for a special project I would be working on. Rick mentioned it was the slowest hardrive in his career that he'd ever experienced, but with extreme patience & professionalism, he was able to retrieve the files I needed in about 4 days (weekend included). He texted me with updates about the entire process daily.

Amazing experience! I lost my files due to a fault external hard drive and they were able to recover everything for me in a timely manner and without the expensive Best Buy etc price tag! Would definitely recommend for a professional experience!
