Was surprised how fast the line up went at 9am on a cold Saturday morning. I drove all the way from Toronto to get away from the crowds, covid and mayhem in the City locations. Will use this in future

My husband and I found this location to be professional and efficient. We were prepared to spend hours in line, but to our surprise the long line moved quite fast.

Showed up ten minutes before opening and had twenty five people ahead of us in line. As soon as they opened they had every line opened and we were finished by 920. Fast friendly service and always amazed at how well this location is managed. Kudo to the staff at this Service Ontario.

There was a great experience because I didn't take the appointment and I just wait in a line and when my turn was coming my issue didn't solve once. But the lady over there help me alot she said, complete the documents then you came back but don't wait in a line just come straight. She provided every kind of help to me. I just want to say thanks to her.
