I called Tap Genie because I was desperate. I was stuck with a quarter-started project (a complete large staircase replacement) when our previous contractor just walked out !!!! They were very helpful and within 1 day found me someone for the job. It was no hassle, no stress, and no pressure to comit at any point. They acctually know their contractors personally so they stand by them. The customer support person was very polite and knowledgeable, and super easy to reach. They were also available after for any follow-up questions.

The contractor came the next day and started on the project. Everything so far has been going extremely well. It is about 90% done. They acctually suggested ways in which it can look better, be more sturdy, and cost less money. Overall extremely happy, the quote came in even under what the previous contractor was asking. Planning to use the service again for a water pipe job in the next month.
