I came in to upgrade my phone and I was amazed with Tony the Sales manager customer service and knowledge. We ended up getting 5 devices from him and he also offered us free data transfer. Not to mention also got us cases etc. Incredible service I will send my friends over tomorrow.

Tony is the go to guy! He promised and delivered , I have been looking for iPhone 11 purple for very long time and multiple malls. He told me he would get it and he did! My daughter is super happy all thanks to Tony.

I visited Pickering Town Centre with my cousin to get a new phone and and I was shocked with what the guys at Tbooth can do! First off the sales rep Joseph was amazing! He upgraded my cousin to a better phone and also hooked him up with a tablet and accessories while also saving him money on his plan! I asked him to look into what he could do for me and he was honest enough to let me know I had a better deal that what he can do. I wouldn't have expected that from a sales rep. He made both my cousin and I very happy and also very safe as he constantly sanitized everything and practiced social distancing. Great service, great values and I will definitely be here when I am in need of a phone! I recommend Joseph to anyone!
