I was very happy with the customer service I received from Peter today! He was very knowledgeable and informative, yet he was patient and not pushy at all! I can’t wait to use my new pillow tonight and for my new mattress to arrive this week! My family and I will definitely be back!

Peter was my sales person - he was low key ( I hate high pressure sales people) and knowledgable. I appreciated his honesty and expertise. Extremely pleased with my purchase including the side sleeper pillow. I have had the best sleeps since receiving my new mattress set and pillow. Have recommended to my friends.

We just purchased a pillow top King mattress as the Midnight Madness sale was happening and we got it for almost half price. Peter helped us and we were really pleased with his service. He was very informative and listened to our needs. He was honest about every feature, even if sharing some details led us to a cheaper option, which I really appreciated. (A cooling option was much more and we chose it right away, but Peter took the time to explain how effective cooling actually was. We had greatly overestimated its benefit to us and would have just paid almost 60% more.)

We felt like Peter wanted us to be happy with our purchase more than his commission which is rare these days. He never once pressured us, even when we told him we were going to take a hour break to price compare at other stores. We came back because the price couldn’t be beat, but we also looked forward to dealing with him as he was fun to deal with, and a straight shooter. Thank you so much for making this a stress free experience. We look forward to getting the bed delivered!
