(August 4, 2017, 2:24 am)It's amazing, i love the dojo and the atmosphere, i have been there for only a month and i have fallen in love w/ the dojo. Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, and karate is amazing.

(June 8, 2015, 11:01 pm)Although I find the arm exercises very strenuous, I continue to try and keep up with the instructors. I really enjoy the Zumba classes and have found them to be energizing. Both Bev and Julie are fabulous!
(May 19, 2015, 2:49 pm)You could not find a more dedicated, engaged group of professionals! The owners love what they do, and make karate an amazing experience for all ages. Members since 2012. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
