(October 15, 2021, 12:33 am)Sent a large package to the US which had issues at the border and was ultimately returned. UPS customer service was unable to provide any assistance; provided incorrect information, could not even provide a reason why the package was returned and said I would have to pay the shipping fees. The local UPS store assisted quickly; secured a full refund and settled the situation outperforming their corporate associates.
