The Pickering Markets

I ain't never been to the old flea market at Brock Road and 401 where Walmart is but this one is very good. There's a wide variety of goods here, from produce to automotive supplies. There's even a good food court with lots of ethnic foods. You can also get antiques on the left side of the building, and cosmetics and towels and such on the right. The flea market part is only open on weekends though. The right side (cosmetics, etc.) is open daily though.

The antique market is a nice way of spending an hour or so. In all honesty, not all the stalls house antiques, but there's a good mix of antique, retro and new or next to new.
We live locally, so it's easy for us to attend every once in a while. I'm not certain that we would go as often if we lived further away. However, the place is worth a drive if you've never been.

Love spending time here on the weekend. Wish it was open all week long. Good deals on almost everything. Love the bubble tea spot here their mango and coconut slush is toooooo good !!!! I can’t get enough of it. Also their pizza is really yummy

Food court with a large variety of cafeteria-style mom&pop food vendors. Generally speaking, the portions are very generous and prices very reasonable.

The marketplace has a lot of different vendors selling all manner of goods and services. Cell phone cases, hair cuts, massage, electronics, water purification systems, tattoos, carpets, beauty supplies, toys, video games, literally almost anything.

The antiques section has a lot of antique vendors, too!

Great place to visit and enjoy a leisurely browsing stroll for an hour or two.

If you can't find something here to buy, you didn't look at enough of the booths! I've gotten my beard trimmed, had good food and found old video games and money to add to my collection. My favourite vendor, the plant booth expended and I loved exploring every nook and cranny in there. You never know what you might find so hurry up and plan a visit!
