Was my first time at Velocity Performance to get my 2020 Accord's windows tinted and ceramic pro coating. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, never felt like I was pressured or being rushed. Sam was very professional, very helpful and above all very honest. My car looks better than I had got it from the dealership. Will definitely recommend this place for any car upgrades or services. Overall, Great service and they know their stuff!!!!!

Brought my M235i for a full stage 2 makeover and Anthony was really nice help me and set me up with everything I need everyone in there was super nice,kind, and friendly Sam kept me updated with everything could not be more happy Sam also answered all my questions I had very clearly also recommended what was good I definitely was really happy with the customer service the communication and also the amazing work that was done they are professional and know what they are doing I recommend coming and checking them out for all your needs

I've never had my car cleaned like this before, it was absolutely spotless! My car looked even better leaving Velocity than it did when I bought it. Very happy with the service and the staff are extremely kind, attentive and detail oriented. I'm even looking into getting other vehicle services done here as they have much more to offer!
