Martyn's Mini Hoe, Sprayed Foundation Basement Waterproofing

Had Brad and his crew excavate the entire house as we have had multiple and constant leaks in the foundation over the years. The crew was extremely competent and professional. They did little things above and beyond that impressed me. The cracks were sealed with hydraulic cement and the entire foundation was sealed with the spray sealant. Window wells were installed and the grading was enhanced to help direct water away. Its rained multiple rains since they finished and dry as a bone. The board they applied over the spray sealant provides some additional R value to the basement. The reduction in dampness was immediately noticeable.
