These guys are fantastic, they responded quickly (within 1 day) to our request, arrived right on time, were friendly and courteous. Identified the possible causes for the problem, fixed the problem and explained how they fixed it. As no new parts were required the service call was free of charge. Even though I wanted to pay they wouldn't take anything for the call, just advised to call them back if I had anymore problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Enjoying my repaired heater as we speak....
They came in fixed my heater quickly and it is running perfectly. Very nice service technician who was very knowledgeable and supplied a free bbq lighter.
