Planned a ride out to Port Perry from Aurora as I’ve never been to PP befor and wanted to get out on a long solo ride. After passing through a cool little town on the water I got a puncture on a side road just outside of town. A local passerby offered to drive me to the nearest shop which was Cycle Life and I’m glad he did. They welcomed me with a friendly atmosphere and helped fix my tire in no time and had me on my way home, probably saving me an $80 Uber ride. I highly recommend this bike shop, great service, great prices and awesome staff. Thanks again.

Enormously welcoming family business with a very friendly atmosphere. As a new rider they were patient when answering my questions and explaining the technical aspects of bicycle equipment, then went out of their way to help me connect with the local riding community. This is a great place to get your feet wet.

Elie was just fantastic to deal with from start to finish. So welcoming and friendly, something you truly don't see these days. He went above and beyond to make our paddle boarding day a success. We will definitely be back to rent from him again. I highly recommend this shop.

By far my favourite bike shop. The owners and their staff treat all their customers like family. They're friendly and honest - exactly what you want from a family-run small business. Even if you don't live in Port Perry, it's worth the drive for the excellent service.
