Great experience! I spilled water on my laptop. I called Marshall and within 30mins he was looking at my computer. I was given multiple options to fix or buy a new laptop. In the end I decided to buy a new one Marshall helped me pick out the laptop and transferred all of my files over. Very well priced. Highly recommend Durham tech Solutions!

My first experience with Marshall from DTS was when I was having Internet connection problems. He came out immediately, dealt with my service provider, and made sound recommendations. Not only was he helpful and knowledgeable, but I felt very confident in him. At a later time I was having difficulty changing my TV set up, so I made another call. Once again Marshall was quick to respond and got things working smoothly.

Was very reliable and took the time to solve the issue in a very timely manner. Even does ordering and delivery! I have recommended him to all my friends and family. Takes the time to explain everything and price is very reasonable.
