Excellent service and solution, just what I needed!

I needed a dust and odor collection system for my wood shop. The shop takes up my whole bottom floor of the building and the standard blower-bag systems don't catch the small, very fine dust nor vapors from lacquer. We live upstairs and the smells and fine dust are no longer an issue.

Nice that I could hook-up my compressor (large) for the self-cleaning filter, works like a charm. Haven't needed to change the filters (cartridge and HEPA) in the 2 years that I have had the unit, super easy to clean.

I have had to refill the charcoal filter that catches the odors (once) but that's normal, it's nice that I can refill it instead of having to buy a new filter.

After about 6 months, I added a small cyclone to the system to cut down the frequency of emptying the unit. The system is in operation for 30-40hrs a week and I produce a TON of wood dust. They recommended that I do this in the beginning, but I thought I knew better. I was wrong and would have saved time if I had listened to them in the first place.

They know their stuff, and they don't pressure you to buy something you don't want or need.
