This is our third year visit and even in covid times it didn’t disappoint. We have two kids and bring them here every year as there’s just a ton of stuff to do without the busy crowds you would expect from some of Ontario’s other “kid-friendly” apple farms.
We started our day picking some apples (you’ll need to decide if you want premium vs regular kinds so make sure you check the website first) and then spent some times watching some sheep, running through a corn maze, and doing a pretty great obstacle course.
We really appreciate all the work that’s gone into this place and how awesome and friendly the staff are. You guys are doing amazing! Keep it up!
LOVED IT! We have been to quite a few farms this season with my family and this farm has the BEST variety and availability of apples by far! The lady that greeted us at the gate was so friendly and super helpful. This farm is clean and has lots of room so even with Social Distancing is is super easy to stay 6 feet away from other people with no impact to your experience. We will be back again.
Had a wonderful time apple picking here on the weekend. I appreciated being able to book a time online to ensure that we had a dedicated time slot and it made me feel more comfortable knowing that they were regulating the number of guests. Some areas were busier than others but there was plenty of space to socially distance.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here from the apple picking, to the sunflowers and the sheep (+ llama), and the little shop. We would definitely come back again in the future.
One thing I would have appreciated is a map of which rows corresponded to the different apple varieties. Some rows were marked by variety but not all, and it would have been easier for us to be able to reference a map to know exactly where the varieties we wanted were.
We had a great time at Nature's Bounty Farm. The staff were friendly and helpful in sharing interesting facts about the types of apples and how they grow. Although there were other people there it was a large enough space we felt like we were in a private apple picking trip. Great areas for photos and delicious apples. We brought home a large bag we filled with a variety of apples to make apple crisp. Staff encouraged us to keep filling,"you can fit a few more in there, go ahead and fill it up!" So friendly and kind. Was our first outing since pandemic and we felt very safe outside socially distanced. Can't wait to go back again for more!!
I bought tickets for my mother-in-law, my daughter and my niece. They had a wonderful time apple picking. Very cute farm with safety protocols in place. The girls enjoyed some of the farm animals as well. Nice to be outside with nature. The cooler temperatures are nice to be outdoors. We will be back again.
