Scott handled our inquiry, passed our information on to George who went through a few common issues that could be causing the problem in our machine. When it wasn't something we could repair, Scott got us a appointment!
After dropping our unit off, the mechanic working on our machine called us with updates every few days and had our machine running better then new!
Overall, love the team here, I'll be back with more equipment when it needs repairs! Fingers crossed that we don't need any repairs soon!
