I was fortunate that I had arrived when no one else was in the clinic, hence no wait time.
Staff was very friendly and pleasant with me and the 4 other patients that arrived shortly after me. I was primarily dealing with "Janice" if I remember her name correctly.
Obviously people have good and bad days especially when they are busy and overwhelmed. So perhaps the negative interaction of other rates may be one offs. Time will tell.
For now I am extremely satisfied.
