(October 16, 2021, 12:49 pm)Recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Nolan Denby at Clientside Appraisal Service. As a broker/agent I am most concerned with appraisers completing their activity in a timely manner and using recent and appropriate comparable properties to arrive at valuation/market rents. Nolan delivered on all these parameters and above. We were dealing with some difficult tenants and he went over and above and accomodated to the tenant's tight schedule to complete the site visit.
