Been going to see Joe since I moved into Whitby. Always friendly courteous and professional. He does a great job and takes the time to ensure the client is satisfied.

Joe cut my grandfather's hair, my dad's hair, mine (my whole life) and has cut my son's... So let's just say... He can cut hair.
