However service was extremely lacking. Phone in order for pickup, arrived to have no order placed.. The staff member somehow took the order (after 10mins trying to log in to system) and never submitted. Then front counter staff when coming in for pickup were rude, short tempered and ignorant. Refusing to acknowledge their mistake and didn't seem to care that it was a hindrance to wait an additional 25minutes for our order. Magically no manager present on site either, which pretty sure goes against MOL and Papa John's policy. Just saying. Won't be back here ever. And I advice others to avoid as well.

Really like this pizza but last nights online order was the worst. Half of the large 4 item pie had hardly any toppings. Hardy any taste. This place used to be really good. Will give it one more chance.

We had a big order request for Papa John's Port Perry for my child's birthday party and they provided us with exceptional service. We were given early notice that the food were on their way and it arrived on time and WARM and FRESH! THANK YOU to Gurvi, Evan, to the gentleman who delivered our order and to the Papa John's Port Perry team who were working yesterday.
