(November 16, 2022, 8:00 pm)Outstanding service! We recently purchased new washer/dryer from John @ Northern Oak in Uxbridge. When the new washer was delivered and only after they carried it upstairs, we noticed it was dented on 1 side. I thought possibly this was only cosmetic and the washer would likely work fine, but John said no, they would carry it back downstairs and bring another new washer that same day-which they did. The next day, I needed help lifting the new dryer onto the washer as I was using the stacking kit. The dryer was rather heavy and I called John for help and he came over 5 mins later to help me lift the dryer into place. Amazing service and very John is very conscientious, and their prices are absolutely competitive with the big box stores (who usually just deliver appliances into one's garage).
