The place was very educational. Mother Nature not so much help. Looking forward to next year when the horse and wagon can be running and not so much mud. Hopefully won't run out of pancakes and coffee. Great maple syrup.

My wife and I traveled to Toronto for our Honeymoon and came upon this farm's booth at the Christmas Market. Let's just say, we fell in love and brought some home back to Louisiana with us! The spread is great for bagels!

The guys are great and the syrup is amazing. SECOND best I have EVER had. The best is the incredibly rare Leaskdale syrup. The only problem is Leaskdale syrup is as rare as a mouse in the desert.
